This project in short words, is the result of an unprecedented glimpse into the raw reality of incarcerated youth. It speaks about the inspirational achievements of a group young men who were driven to turn a unhumane situation into a musically historic project. In 2005, a group of inmates, seeking ways in which to redefine convict rehabilitation and social reinsertion methods within the correctional system of Panama. Started off with the simplest idea of building its first library and eventually led to the creation the first recording studio within a third world fedearal penitenciary. Right away the warden understood the noticable decrease in violence and established a new therapeutic way of dealing with anger, love, distress and hope for the inmates within the program. Libertas
