The videos entertain, and share knowledge and wisdom without glorifying violence, ignorance, and negativity. $12,000 in cash prizes, plus promotional items, will be awarded to contest winners.

From February 25, 2013 through May 23, 2013, upload your video and enter it into one of three contest divisions: Hip Hop, Spoken Word/Motivational Speaking, or Soul/R&B.

The Poem "Let This Be The Beginning, was created and performed by Da'Shade Moonbeam of Blacklisted Individuals. The first time it was performed in front of a Hip-Hop audience was when Da'Shade opened for Talib Kweli at the Red Scoot Inn in Austin, Texas. This piece is a collective call to arms and action.
