T-Y aka Tyrell "Edward" Hatcher was born into music. He gained his inspiration from his father Will Hatcher a Singer who moved from Alabama to Detroit to pursue his music career at an early age and was signed by a number of companies including Columbia, Atlantic, and Sony Records. Will also sang and produced for Motown and was running with the Gordy's. It was not until during college did Edward realize what could be accomplished within his bloodline musically. He always had a strong love and passion for music not just Hip-hop but Music, he gets deep inside the vibe of the rhythm to the beat. Edward was born and raised in Detroit and he makes music that you can vibe too and also that you can take some kind of common sense or moral principle out of it. He has been building a good resume opening for BIG sean, Chip tha Ripper, Bobby Valentino, Twista, and he is about to add Trick Trick, and Royce da 5'9 to that list with shows he has coming up. T-Y creates that vibe you gotta rock too and his mixtape "Analyze Dat" is due to drop at the end of August.
