First of all I'm a soon to be father, and husband. I've been widowed before, and divorced. (Married twice) I'm only twenty-seven, at twenty-one my first love and first wife, died from Cancer..a rare disease called ethnomasyncamal sarcoma cancer. I was there by her side when she passed away. Her wish was for me to be strong. For me, speaking powerful empowerment through hip- hop has helped me be and remain strong since the age of 8yrs old. I have been composing, producing and performing my own music since the age of 8yrs old. I was blessed last year to get all the equipment needed to start my own studio. I have since put out two mixtapes and preparing for a third called "Radical - THe Dark Knight; THe Journey Begins", this project is about a man raised from the lows of society with intentions of protecting his people and society from evil, by focusing on bettering ourselves as people first! I have always stood behind great conscious minds who lead by example like Talib Kwali, Common Sense, Mos Def, Erakah Badu, Andre 3000...ect. I think its time to take back our people and stop allowing new artist to be "Used to influence the youth or older people" in a manner that its "okay" to just allowing this mockery of the gift, sent from the most high! We need to stand and SPEAK UP!! SO THIS IS ME, I am Radical!! AND THIS IS MY CONTEST TO WIN!!
