Hashim Lafond was born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 17, 1988. A graduate of Boston Arts Academy as a Visual Arts Major and Acting Major at Emerson College, Hashim Lafond aka “It’s Hashiggity Baby” has been an award-winning Host of 88.9 WERS and has performed in theatrical productions all over New England, including “Another Solid”, “Mama Can’ t Help You Now”, “Old School Love”, “All the Family You Can Stand”, “Show Me the Glory” and “Hoopin’”. Films include “Saving D’Light”, “What’s Your Number”, “YTF” and “Here Comes the Boom”. He has written and directed “The Hope of Glory”, “How Santa Stole Christmas”, “The Moment of Truth” and “Josh and His Boyz”. He has written, produced and performed songs such as “i Miss Michael Jackson”, “No Ugly Girls”, “90’s Kid” “Punched in the Face” and has been featured on “Big Girls Need Some Loving Too”.
