One and One Fourth is a song and a video about breaking away from the vices and weighing down of society. It centers around the concept of not settling and being mediocre in our efforts to better society. In this video a young woman is teleported into an alternate reality and she is encouraged to "break away" from feelings of disillusionment and confusion in order for her eyes to truly be open. Sometimes when we want to see the truth, we need to know what it looks like. Can we break away from jealousy? lust? hate? prejudiced? fear? or will we continue to complicate our lives in society by clinging to our confusion for a "high" that doesn't exist?
